Luxucleen LLC › Agreements

The written deal behind every Luxucleen business.

Nothing starts without a signed agreement, and every agreement is written so you can read it in five minutes. Here is exactly what each one says.

How it works, one button: read the agreement below → press "I've read it — sign & send back" → add your name in the email that opens → send. That email is your signature. Luxucleen countersigns and replies with the executed copy. Please read the whole agreement first; you may have your own attorney review it. These are the actual terms, not legal advice.

Build-Your-Business Agreement (revenue share 12% / 88%)

Between Luxucleen LLC ("Luxucleen") and you ("Owner"), for the business idea you submitted.

  1. What Luxucleen does. After reviewing your idea and accepting it in writing, Luxucleen builds and runs it for you: the page or store, the way customers find it, the payment flow, and the day-to-day operation described in the attached plan. Not every idea can be built; acceptance is in writing.
  2. The split. Luxucleen keeps 12% of the business's net profits (revenue minus the direct costs listed in the plan); you keep 88%. Profits are calculated and paid monthly, with a plain statement showing revenue, costs and your share.
  3. What is yours. The idea, the business name and brand, the customer list and the profits are yours. Luxucleen's own tools, software and methods stay Luxucleen's.
  4. Costs. Direct costs needed to run the business (ads, domains, fees) are agreed in the plan before they are spent and are deducted before the split. No cost is charged to you without your written OK.
  5. Term and ending. Month to month. Either side can end with 30 days' written notice. When it ends, you keep the business and everything that is yours; Luxucleen's 12% stops on the end date, after the final statement is settled.
  6. No promises. Luxucleen does not promise profit, income, a timeline or a result. A business can make nothing. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
  7. Clean business only. Luxucleen will not build anything illegal, unsafe, or against its honesty rules, and may end the agreement immediately if the business turns out to be one of those.

PAPELES28 Navigation Service Agreement (immigration papers)

Between Luxucleen LLC and you ("Client").

  1. What Luxucleen does. A free, confidential first consult to see whether a legal path may exist; then, if you decide to go ahead: organizing and translating your documents, connecting you with a licensed immigration attorney in your state, and following the process with you.
  2. What Luxucleen is not. Luxucleen is NOT a law firm, NOT an attorney and NOT a notario, and gives NO legal advice. Only the licensed attorney gives legal advice and makes filings. Luxucleen never promises any immigration result.
  3. Fee. Luxucleen's navigation fee is $149, payable in parts. You pay it only if you decide to go ahead after the free consult. The attorney's own fee is separate, set by the attorney, and told to you in writing before anything starts. A tip is welcome but never required.
  4. Refund. If Luxucleen cannot connect you with a licensed attorney willing to review your case, the navigation fee is refunded in full.
  5. Confidentiality. Your information is shared only with the attorney reviewing your case, and never with the government or anyone else.
  6. Legal work only. Luxucleen does not help anyone work without legal authorization and will end the agreement if that is what is being asked.

DMV Errand Service Agreement (Virginia)

Between Luxucleen LLC and you ("Customer").

  1. What Luxucleen does. Runs the DMV errand you request — a registration, sticker, title, renewal or similar — online, by mail or in person, so you do not miss work. Some tasks (a photo, a road test, REAL ID) require you in person by law; Luxucleen tells you which before you pay.
  2. Fee. $49 for an errand Luxucleen can complete online or by mail; $99 when Luxucleen goes to the DMV as your agent. DMV's own fees are separate: you prepay them or reimburse them from the receipt.
  3. Your part. You provide the documents the DMV requires and, when the task needs it, sign the Virginia DMV power-of-attorney form (VSA-70) naming Luxucleen for that task only.
  4. Not a guarantee. The DMV decides. If the DMV declines the task for a reason outside Luxucleen's control (missing document, hold, eligibility), the service fee for work already done is not refunded, and Luxucleen tells you exactly what is needed to try again.
  5. Privacy. Your documents are used only for the task and are not kept afterward.

Website Build & Care Agreement

Between Luxucleen LLC and your business ("Client").

  1. Build. Luxucleen builds a one-page website for your business, made for a phone, from the information you give us. You see it first. You pay $149 only if you keep it; if you do not, you owe nothing.
  2. Care (optional). $29 per month keeps the site live and updated: hosting, changes to hours, prices, photos and text within reason, and fixes. Cancel any month.
  3. What is yours. Your business name, text, photos and customer information are yours. Luxucleen's code and templates stay Luxucleen's; you have the right to use the site for as long as it is hosted.
  4. No ranking promises. Luxucleen does not promise search rankings, traffic or customers.
  5. Portfolio. Luxucleen may show the finished site as an example of its work unless you say no.

Florida Surplus Recovery Agreement

Between Luxucleen LLC and you ("Claimant"), for money a Florida county may hold from a tax-deed sale.

  1. What Luxucleen does. Locates the surplus, prepares the claim paperwork with a licensed attorney's review, and helps you file it with the county.
  2. Nothing up front. You pay nothing unless money is recovered.
  3. Fee. Luxucleen's fee is a percentage of the recovered amount, never more than 12%, the cap set by Florida Statutes section 45.033. The county pays you, the claimant; Luxucleen's fee is paid from the recovered funds as stated in writing before you sign.
  4. Your right to do it yourself. You may file this claim yourself, directly with the county clerk, at no cost. This agreement is a choice, not a requirement.
  5. No guarantee. The county decides whether and how much is paid.

Work-Visa Coordination Agreement (H-2A / H-2B, for employers)

Between Luxucleen LLC and your business ("Employer").

  1. What Luxucleen does. Coordinates your H-2A or H-2B sponsorship: maps the path and timeline, organizes the paperwork, and works alongside the licensed immigration attorney who reviews and files.
  2. What Luxucleen is not. Not a law firm and not legal advice; the attorney advises and files.
  3. Fee. Quoted in writing for your case before any work starts. The attorney's fee and government fees are separate and told to you in writing.
  4. Your responsibilities. You remain responsible for your own hiring and for the program's wage, housing, recruitment and reporting rules.
  5. No guarantee. The government decides on every petition.

Hiring (CHAMBA28) — employer terms

Workers register free. Employers pay only when they hire, and every candidate we introduce carries our record.

The full employer terms, including the no-circumvention rule, are here: CHAMBA28 employer terms.

Affiliates, trading, real estate

These are governed by the terms and disclosures on the legal page: affiliate terms, the trading risk statement (18+), and the real-estate disclosures. A real-estate purchase or assignment is always its own written contract, disclosed to you before signing, and you should have your own attorney review it.
