What this website collects
Nothing. This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no login, no analytics and no cookies. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send us and nothing more.
What we collect when you do business with us
- Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property in question
- Notes about the property and our conversations, so we can follow up accurately
- Documents you choose to send us, such as a contract or an estimate
How we use it
Only to do the work you contacted us about: quoting a job, evaluating a property, arranging a sale, or following up on one of those. We keep records as long as needed for that work and for our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to complete a transaction — for example a title company, closing attorney or a buyer for a property you have agreed to sell. We do not sell your information, and we do not share phone numbers or contact details with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing luxucleen@gmail.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Who sends the messages
Text messages come from Luxucleen LLC, about work you have contacted us about or a property you have asked us to look at.
Consent
We text you only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed we could contact you at it — for example on a quote request, in an email to us, or in person. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.
What we send and how often
Scheduling, quotes, updates on a job or a property, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with the work in progress; there is no recurring marketing blast.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or email luxucleen@gmail.com.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Real-estate disclosures
- Luxucleen LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not act as your agent. We do not list properties and we do not represent you in a sale.
- We buy properties for ourselves, or we assign our purchase contract to another buyer and are paid a fee for doing so. When that is the plan, we disclose it in writing before you sign anything.
- Have your own attorney review any agreement before you sign it. We will never discourage you from doing that or ask you to sign on the spot.
- Nothing on this page is legal or financial advice. It is general information about how we work.
- A trustee can postpone or cancel a foreclosure sale at any time, and a sale date on a notice is not a guarantee of what will happen.
Surplus funds
Florida Statutes section 45.033 caps what a recovery agent may charge for helping a claimant recover surplus funds at 12 percent of the surplus. The county pays the person entitled to the funds, not the person who located them. Any claimant may file directly with the county, themselves, at no cost. Luxucleen LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice about a claim.
Trading risk statement
Luxucleen LLC sells software and access to information rooms. It does not manage money, hold client funds, take deposits, or act as a broker, a dealer or an investment adviser. Nothing on this site or in any room is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or advice about your particular situation.
Results shown on the public proving ground come from paper accounts trading simulated money, and any figure described as a backtest is a measurement of past data. Simulated and past results do not predict future results. Trading carries the risk of losing money, including all of it. Trade only what you can afford to lose, and only if you are 18 or over.
Affiliate terms
Affiliate links are created and tracked through Gumroad, which pays the agreed commission out of each qualifying sale; Luxucleen LLC does not pay commission separately and nothing is owed on a refunded, disputed or fraudulent order. Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents or representatives of Luxucleen LLC, and may not say that they are. An affiliate must not promise earnings, invent results, reviews or testimonials, send unsolicited bulk email or messages, bid on the company's brand names in paid search, or promote the trading products to anyone under 18, and must disclose a paid link where disclosure is required. We may end an affiliate arrangement at any time; commission already earned on completed sales is still paid. The full program is described on the affiliate page.
About this site
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. The only page that sends anything anywhere is the assistant page, where a question you type and choose to send is passed to our own assistant so it can be answered; it is not used to identify you and nothing is stored in your browser.
Content on this site is the property of Luxucleen LLC. Product names are used to describe our own products.
