How it works for employers

Plain and fair: you pay ONLY when you actually hire a worker we introduce - and in return, our introductions are protected.

1. Pay only on a hire

There is no cost to receive candidates. A flat placement fee is due only when you hire, engage, or contract a candidate that CHAMBA28 (Luxucleen LLC) introduced to you.

2. Our introductions are protected (no circumvention)

By requesting or receiving candidates from us, you agree that the placement fee applies to any candidate we introduce if you (or a company affiliated with you) hire, engage, or refer that person to another employer within 12 months of our introduction - whether or not you told us about the hire. You agree not to share a candidate's details with a third party to avoid the fee.

3. Every introduction is on the record

Each candidate we send you comes on a Luxucleen introduction sheet carrying a unique reference number, the date, and our name (our "found-by" print). That record is proof of who introduced the candidate. We keep a dated log of every introduction.

4. You hire directly; we are a referral service

You interview, choose, hire, and employ the worker directly. Luxucleen LLC is a referral/introduction service - not a staffing agency or employer of record. You are responsible for your own hiring decisions, work-authorization verification (I-9/E-Verify), and employment compliance. We present candidates; you decide.

5. Fee, and how it's paid

The placement fee and the way to pay it (through Luxucleen's checkout) are stated to you in writing before you receive candidates. The fee is due within 7 days of the worker's start date.
