About Luxucleen LLC
Luxucleen is a real company, run by real people in Virginia. Most of what we do starts the same way — someone needs to sell a house, get their yard handled, get a straight answer, or start something of their own — and we do it in the open, with no pressure and no hidden fees. That is the whole idea behind the name: Luxu is the life you are working toward, and cleen is how you get there — clean, meaning honest and in plain sight.

Why one company does so many things
It is a fair question — and the honest answer is the point. Luxucleen is founder-led. It started with real estate and local services here in the Richmond area, and it grew into the tools, software and free lessons we use ourselves and now share. We would rather show you everything we do on one honest page than hide it behind a dozen brands.
Every one of those things runs under this one registered Virginia LLC — there is no shell, no hidden company, no bait-and-switch. When something needs a licensed professional — taxes, immigration papers, a trust, a real-estate closing — we say so plainly and connect you to a licensed one. We are not a law firm, a brokerage, or a financial advisor, and we never pretend to be.
Our promise
- No pressure and no obligation. Get a quote or an offer, take your time, and walk away at any point. Nothing is owed for asking.
- No hidden fees. The number we agree on is the number that stands. If a third party is ever involved in a deal, we tell you in writing before anything is signed.
- Your own advisor, always. On any contract, you are free — and encouraged — to have your own attorney review it first.
- Your information stays yours. This site has no tracker, no cookie and no form. We do not sell your information and we do not share your phone number for anyone's marketing. See the privacy policy.
- No number we did not measure. If we show a figure, it is real. We make no promises of profit, and we say when something involves risk.

We would rather be honest than impressive: we are still building our reputation, one job and one deal at a time. So we do not post reviews we cannot stand behind. I build and run Luxucleen myself, here in the Richmond area. Real estate and local services came first; the software, the trading tools and the free lessons all grew out of what I actually use. My name is on it because I stand behind every part of it — when we work together, you are dealing with a real person, not a faceless brand.
